Another stunning basement project underway in the heart of Kensington!
Our team was brought in to take over and complete a complex basement construction at Princes Gate Mews, SW7. From day one, we worked closely with structural engineers, surveyors, and the client to get this luxury basement back on track — handling everything from excavation corrections to waterproofing and final fit-out.
This project is a perfect example of what we do best: delivering precision work in London’s most prestigious postcodes, with total transparency, expert coordination, and high-end craftsmanship.

If we nothing moves and nothing settles. If we pop over to the other side, there's a pop over to the other side, there's a pin here that we've already completed.
pin here that we've already completed. It's more of a standard width that we It's more of a standard width that we use about a meter across. Um it's use about a meter across.Um it's finished there.
You can see the dry pack finished there. You can see the dry pack just curing at the top there before we just curing at the top there before we break the brick cobble off and call that break the brick cobble off and call that a finished drive. a finished drive.
